Byron Outten Memorial Scholarship awarded to Woodbridge Senior This year Seely Homes announced the creation of a new scholarship made available to Woodbridge High School Seniors interested in a construction-related field - the Byron Outten Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship awards the recipient $1,000 to use towards a college, trade school, or training program of their choice. Their construction-related field of work could include, but is not limited to, studies in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architecture, engineering, and construction management. Free Coffee Friday In April, Seely Homes hosted a unique open house called “Free Coffee Friday”, inviting our community to visit our showroom and enjoy a coffee or specialty drink on us. We were excited to partner with a favorite local coffee company, Amity Coffee Roasters of Greenwood. Detached Garage and Bonus Room
Finished Bonus Space & Detached 2-car Garage with Workshop At the end of January 2022, Seely Homes completed a 2-part project in Bridgeville that included a detached garage, and a finished bonus space of an existing home to be turned into bedrooms, a bath, and a loft. The 1,080 square foot bonus space was framed to create a media room, craft room, a full bath, and a large loft. Office and Showroom Grand Opening After months of planning and preparing, we officially welcomed our family, friends, clients, community, and trade-partners to our new office and showroom. Around 3 o’clock people began to arrive, and within minutes the showroom was bustling with familiar faces. For most in attendance, this was their first time seeing the renovations we’ve made.
