Completing a 2-Story Garage Addition
Despite unique challenges, a dreamed-of 2 Story, 3-Car Garage addition complete
We had the opportunity to complete a home addition that a young growing family had dreamed about for years! Even when they first built their home 8 years ago, the Scotts planned for the day when they could add a garage and bonus room.
They came to Seely Homes with their plans for a 3-car Garage with a finished Mud Room and a second floor with 1,000+ s.f.
Seely Homes completed the addition, embracing the unique challenges of material shortages and discontinued products from when the home was originally built. We installed a custom-built bench and shelf, along with a drop-in laundry sink in the Mud Room. On the second level, we framed up walls for a Bonus Room, Bedroom, Laundry Room and Full Bath with plumbing installed.
During the project, we were excited to celebrate with the Scotts as they welcomed a new baby. Two New Additions for this great family!
