Julleanna Seely Recognized for her successes in business and in society
For the past 8 years, the Delaware Business Times has honored 40 dynamic business leaders under the age of 40 for their success in business, and contributions to society both locally and globally. Seely Homes’ very own, Julleanna Seely, was one such honoree for the Delaware Business Times 40 Under 40 (DBT40) class of 2021!
The Delaware Business Times is a statewide publication that covers news affecting business and the business community in the First State. The annual DBT40 2021 event included an impressive dinner and cocktail hour for the honorees and their guests to network and socialize, followed by an award ceremony where each honoree was recognized for their individual achievements, and presented with an award. The honorees consisted of a diverse group of intelligent, innovative, and inspiring individuals making an impact in both for-profit and non-profit businesses.
In preparation for the event, Julleanna was being photographed when a bystander asked if she was famous, to which she replied “not yet.” Because of her dynamic personality, professionalism, good nature, and infectious positive attitude, we know this to be only a matter of time.
Julleanna was recognized for her work as a successful realtor, co-owner of Seely Homes, a member of the Woodbridge School District school board, an advocate for the differently abled, and her personal achievements as a busy, working mom and a multiple-time marathon runner. The ceremony hosts pointed out that only one-quarter of the honorees hailed from Kent and Sussex counties. We are so proud that Julleanna was one of the few recipients from southern Delaware to be chosen, and we know this is only the beginning of the incredible impact she will continue to make in our community.
