Seely Homes wins two Delaware custom home builder awards

Seely Homes, LLC of Bridgeville, Del. was just awarded two Regal Awards for custom homes of the year in Delaware. They received this recognition during the annual Regal Awards Ceremony hosted by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Delaware (BRAD) at Lighthouse Cove Event Center at the Hyatt Place in Dewey Beach on Friday, May 19.

They won the following two awards in the category of Delaware builders who complete 20 or fewer homes per year:

  • Best Luxury Custom Home over $400,000
  • Best Single Family Custom Home between $220,000 and $400,000

This was the first time Seely Homes submitted an award application for a Regal Award with BRAD. The Luxury Custom Home is known as the Greenwood Farmhouse. This two-story, modern farmhouse boasts 5,000+ s.f. with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a 2-story great room, a full wrap-around porch, 3-car garage and much more. The award-winning Single Family Custom Home they built is located west of Dover. This single-level 2,130 s.f. home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a luxury kitchen, front porch, sunroom, and rear deck.

Adrian and Julleanna Seely founded Seely Homes in January 2020, serving western Sussex and Kent counties by building new home construction as well as additions and detached garages. The company has quickly developed a reputation for being high quality, reliable and affordable home builders.
