Seely Homes Wins 7 Home Builder Awards
Seely Homes, LLC of Bridgeville, Del. brought home seven Regal Awards from the Delaware Home Builder’s Association on Friday, May 10, 2024. They received this recognition during the annual Regal Awards Ceremony in Dewey Beach at Lighthouse Cove Event Center at the Hyatt Place.
The Seely Homes team won the following awards in the category of Delaware custom builders who complete 20 or fewer homes per year:
Best Home Design
- Best Luxury Custom Home 2,000-3,000 s.f. over $400,000 (Willow home built for the Durham family)
- Best Single Family Custom Home between $220,000 and $400,000 (Custom design built for Jessica Read)
- Best Affordable Custom Home up to 2,000 s.f. for less than $200,000 (Aspen home built for Emily Schrock)
- Best Owner’s Suite Design by Custom Builder (Home Addition/Renovation for the Compton family)

- Best Logo
- Best Billboard
This is the second year Seely Homes has earned Regal Awards, after receiving two last year. Adrian and Julleanna Seely founded Seely Homes, LLC in January 2020, serving western Sussex and Kent counties by building new homes, additions, and detached garages. The company has quickly developed a reputation for being a high-quality, reliable, and affordable home builder. Their motto is “Better Living Made Simple.”
