Magnolia with Custom Parking Pad and Patio

Seely Homes Completes Modified Magnolia in Milford

Seely Homes recently completed a custom home based on our Magnolia design – which features a first floor owner’s suite with 3 bedrooms on second floor and a grand vaulted ceiling in the Great Room.

The client opted to add a 2-foot extension on the right side of the home, creating a more space in the Great Room, Dining Room and a second floor Bedroom.

The unique design of this 2-Story, 4 Bedroom Home features an Owner’s Suite on the first floor, complete with a large Walk-In Closet and a Private Bath. At the top of the stairs, a half-wall encloses a charming Loft area at the top of the stairs overlooks the front entrance and Great Room. Two Bedrooms, a second Full Bath, and a 4th Bedroom or Flex Room, are all located upstairs, along with an unfinished room for walk-in storage.

The clients opted for additional concrete to be poured to create a spacious parking area in the front of the home, as well as a patio placed by the rear entry. Additionally, final grading and seed was spread throughout the yard, which will give the owners a lush, grassy lawn in the Spring.

We’re thrilled to welcome this young family to their new home, as well as welcome the newest member of their family, another beautiful baby girl, who was born during construction.
