Seely Homes June Ice Cream Social
Seely Homes loves to engage with the community, hosting a free ice cream social in partnership with Vanderwende’s Ice Cream, a local home made ice cream company that has an infamous ice cream van. Seely also gave away a summer theme gift basket worth $100. It was a fun day for people to cool off and checkout Seely Homes Showroom and to view our popular and affordable home designs.
Seely Homes Wins 7 Awards
Seely Homes brought home seven Regal Awards from the Delaware Home Builder’s Association in May 2024, including in categories such as Best Home Designs and Best Home Builder Website. This is the second year Seely Homes has earned Regal Awards, after receiving two last year, in 2023.

Byron Outten Memorial Scholarship awarded to Woodbridge Senior This year Seely Homes announced the creation of a new scholarship made available to Woodbridge High School Seniors interested in a construction-related field - the Byron Outten Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship awards the recipient $1,000 to use towards a college, trade school, or training program of their choice. Their construction-related field of work could include, but is not limited to, studies in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architecture, engineering, and construction management. Free Coffee Friday
Free Coffee Friday In April, Seely Homes hosted a unique open house called “Free Coffee Friday”, inviting our community to visit our showroom and enjoy a coffee or specialty drink on us. We were excited to partner with a favorite local coffee company, Amity Coffee Roasters of Greenwood. The owners of Amity served up delicious hot coffee, cold brew, chai, strawberry-basil iced tea, and some tasty sweet-treats while guests browsed the new home features displayed in our showroom.
