A New Chapter Begins

This week marks an exciting new chapter for Seely Homes

As of Monday, August 24, we are officially open for business at our brand-new Seely Sales & Design Center, located at 9155 Campbell Lane in Bridgeville, Delaware.

Five years ago, in July 2021, Seely Homes took a big step forward when we moved our growing custom home building business out of the sunroom of our home and into our first office on Antique Alley. That space became so much more than an office. It was where we met with hundreds of families, designed homes, made selections, grew our team and turned countless ideas into reality.

Now, we’re ready for the next chapter.

In April, we purchased a three-acre property along Route 13 between Greenwood and Bridgeville that was formerly a cabinet shop. Over the past several months, we’ve been busy transforming the property into the Seely Sales & Design Center—a beautiful, expanded space designed to make the custom home building and real estate experience even better.

Our new location gives us room to dream bigger, showcase more design options, collaborate with our clients and continue growing both Seely Homes and Seely & Associates Real Estate Team.

And now, we can’t wait to welcome you inside!
