Thanks for Celebrating Growth, Community, and the Future of Seely Homes
What an incredible evening! 🏡✨
On Monday, September 28, we officially celebrated the Grand Opening of the new Seely Sales & Design Center in Bridgeville, and we could not have asked for a better way to begin this next chapter for Seely Homes and Seely & Associates.
More than 100 clients, trade partners, family members, friends, and members of our community joined us throughout the evening to tour our new space, celebrate with our team, and see firsthand what we’ve been working so hard to create.
At 5:00 PM, we gathered for our official ribbon-cutting with the Western Sussex Chamber of Commerce. Standing there surrounded by so many of the people who have supported Seely Homes over the years made the moment especially meaningful.
And, of course, we had to make it a party!
Guests enjoyed delicious food from Lemons & Grace Catering, drinks served by It Takes Two Bartending, and ice cream from the Vanderwende Farm Creamery truck. Pure Party helped us create the perfect outdoor gathering space with the tent, tables, chairs, and bounce house, while live guitar music set the tone for a relaxed fall evening. Beautiful floral centerpieces by Pam Vanderwende added the finishing touch.
But our favorite part wasn’t the food, music, or even the beautiful new space.
It was the people.
Seely Homes has grown tremendously since we first started building custom homes and serving families in our community in 2020. This new Sales & Design Center reflects that growth, and it also shows where we’re headed next.
It is a place where clients can come to dream, design, make selections, and watch the vision for their new home begin to take shape — all under one roof. We also welcome our real estate clients who are looking to buy or sell an existing home or land.
To everyone who came out to celebrate with us: Thank You. Thank you to our clients who have trusted us with their homes, our trade partners who help us bring those homes to life, our team who works incredibly hard behind the scenes, and our family, friends, and community who continue to cheer us on.
We are incredibly grateful for where we’ve been — and even more excited about where we’re going.
