Top Honors from the Home Builders Association of Delaware
Seely Homes LLC was recognized as an outstanding custom home builder earning four 2025 Regal Awards from the Home Builders Association of Delaware (HBADE)!
At HBADE’s annual Regal Awards Ceremony, Seely Homes walked away with the following Awards:
- Best Affordable Custom Home Under $350K
- Best Active Adult Custom Home Under 3,000 sf
- Rookie Salesperson of the Year – Custom Builder – Cassie Davis
- Best Billboard – Custom Builder
In addition to the impressive Rookie of the Year award, Cassie also earned a Silver Million Dollar Club award with $4,070,155 in Sales and 13 Units Sold in 2024.
For more than three decades, the Home Builders Association of Delaware (HBADE) has celebrated outstanding achievements in Delaware’s home building industry. Regal Award winners are honored through a juried award celebration event, called the Regal Awards, and in the Regal Book.
Every Regal Award submission is assigned a score by a panel of qualified expert judges with criteria based on design, craftsmanship, and completeness of entry. Entrants with the highest scores in their respective category earn Regal Awards.
