Seely Homes builds 3 of the Best Delaware Custom Homes

Seely Homes LLC was honored with three 2026 Regal Awards at the Home Builders Association of Delaware’s annual Regal Awards event held Friday evening, May 8 in Dewey Beach.

The awards recognize excellence in home building and design across Delaware’s residential construction industry. Seely Homes received awards in the following categories:

• Best Affordable Custom Home – Custom Builder (Christiansen Home)
• Best Single Family Custom Home – 2,000–3,000 SqFt (Marvel Home)
• Best Active Adult Custom Home – Up to 3,000 SqFt (Michalik Home)

In addition to the company awards, Seely Homes team member Cassie Davis was recognized with a prestigious Silver Million Dollar Club Sales Award for outstanding sales achievement.
