The Beech Home plan has quickly become one of our most popular, affordable Home Plans. In 2024, we have 6 Beech Homes under contract! Each of them is completely different due to the many features this plan has to offer. This design is so versatile that you can keep it affordable, or you can make it into your dream home with all the fancy bells and whistles! The balance of this symmetrical home design gives a sense of beauty and harmony, making it easy on the eye. We made the owner’s dream a reality with this chic exterior. The curb-appeal on this home is what EVERY new homeowner wants with a bright white siding, accented with white board & batten siding underneath the covered front porch to give texture.
