The Aspen

The Aspen is just enough to be comfortable, easy living with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths and an open living area. Choose from our classic exterior design with Elevation A or add a charming front porch with Elevation B. Check out the plans below and call us to get started.
The Birch
3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 2-Car Garage – 1,250 s.f.
Everything you need in a home, sized simply to be our most affordable 3 Bedroom home with an attached 2-Car Garage. The owner’s suite includes a double bowl vanity and walk-in closet. Enjoy entertaining with the open lay-out of the Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room.
The Dogwood
3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 2-Car Garage – 1,462 s.f.
One of our favorite home designs, the Dogwood meets the needs of both a young family or a retiring couple with its fully functional 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath design. The home includes a front porch, 2-Car garage and spacious owner’s suite. Exterior styles include the option for a modern farmhouse design.
The Maple
3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 2-Car Garage – 1,506 s.f.
The Maple is a great home for enjoying views of a pond, trees or open field with all the main living areas in the rear. The spacious kitchen features a large island for entertaining and a corner pantry. The owners suite includes a walk-in closet and bathroom with double bowl vanity. The attached 2-car garage can either be front entry or side load, depending on the width of the property.
The Chestnut

Meet Adrian & Julleanna Seely
We are deeply rooted in our community, both being raised in Greenwood with our three children now attending the Woodbridge Schools. We have over a decade of experience guiding clients through the design and construction of a home that improves their life and achieves a dream. We believe there is a need for more quality homes at a price that fits the budget for local hard-working families and individuals in western Sussex and Kent counties.
